UPDATE 2 : OCTOBER 2000

Following up from last months news we're still waiting on Darren in between TRINITY gigs and promotion to finalise the TARDIS artwork requirements and to book in that final weekends' editing and mastering in Wellington.

While in Christchurch Simon Kay has shelved the EAT MY SHORTS/STRETCH project as he looks for a smaller more committed unit to work with.

We've added a couple of new titles to our general catalogue MESTAR - STEAMER EP, CORNERSTONE - SELF TITLED ALBUM, FOLD - PLANTLIFE ALBUM, and JONESTOWN - HEAD FIRST LEGS IN LAST ALBUM.

In addition to the NZ ON AIR video and kiwi hit disc applications we forwarded a new SHE's INSANE tune E SONG for consideration in the new radio singles grant fund ($5000 towards recording/mastering and promotion), all these decisions are expected mid/late October.

On the live front the November 10/11 gigs in Auckland for SHE's INSANE and THE BATS are go, we're trying to sort out a couple of Saturday arvo instores at Real Groovy and Sounds. Enquiries have also been made in Dunedin for a possible performance by SHE's INSANE, MESTAR and THE BATS at the annual orientation booking conference 15/16 November.

Finally investigations are underway into adding certain yellow eye songs onto the MP3 sites in the USA and Australia.

All for now, Cheers - SI EYE
